The New AirTrain monorail provides an easy, reasonably priced means for getting between JFK Airport and the New York Subway System. Using the AirTrain, it is possible to connect with the Subway at either the Howard Beach or the Sutphin Boulevard (Jamaica Station) subway stations.

Follow these steps to get fom JFK to Grand Central Station:
•  Take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station
•  From Jamaica Station, take the to Lexington Ave/53rd St
•  From Lexington Ave/53rd St, take the one stop South
     to 42nd St/Grand Central
